My wife and I enjoy these apartments very much, we been staying here for a year now. In that time frame I feel comfortable to leave a review. Despite minor issues with our unit we don't have much to complain about. The location and community is very nice and friendly. The office staff and the maintenance is on point. Whenever we have an issue with our unit Nate the very friendly repair guy is on it. Very undertanding and professional in his work. He always assure us that whatever is wrong with our unit he'll fix it.

When I first moved here a year ago, the apartments were managed very poorly. Since we now have Diana here (new property manager), things are on the way to be much better for this apartment. I know that she has the residents interests in mind and will put the complex back on track to being a high-end choice for people looking to live in Colorado Springs. If you’re looking for a decent place that’s not going to break the bank, this is a good option and will be even better in the future under the current management.

I have to point out one of the workers here named Nate, He does a fine job at keeping the sidewalks clean around the complex. I always see him cleaning off the snow even in some extra cold conditions with a good attitude and his music. Never had a bad interaction with the man. Keep up the great work Nate, Thank you.

I have lived here for 2 years! It has been an absolutely wonderful experience! I’ve always felt safe and the staff is always responsive and helpful! The manager Mandi, has always been the kindest and very responsive! I am moving on from this complex due to new life circumstances, but I will always be so grateful for my time here! The newer remodel is very nice and they are puppy friendly which has been great! I also LOVE the neighborhood!

Mandi and James are great, a major help during the leasing process. They were patient and just so very sweet with us. Eric (maintenance) is also wonderful. Everyone here has a wonderful sense of humor and make you feel like we've known eachother forever! The apartment is adorable, a little short on storage, but makes up for it with large windows and patio. So far I love it here!

My one year anniversary is coming up shortly here and I am happy to renew my lease. The apartment complex is generally quiet with friendly tenants. The view is wonderful from all directions. Last but not least, the managers are very friendly and helpful - they are polite and always make me feel welcome whether I have a problem or just come in to say hello. Any maintenance issues are dealt with very promptly. Thank you for your help this past year.

Daniel (maintenance) and James are nothing short of spectacular. In my year of living here, they have been kind, courteous, and responsive with any and all request or issues I have had. They are both so personable and make you feel heard rather than feeling like a burden. Daniel is always walking the complex, putting down salt, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. Whenever I've had issues, I go straight to James and he handles them immediately while making me feel validated and heard. Not to mention the beauty of the updated units which are in the PERFECT location - mountain views, food and shopping minutes away, and close to downtown. I was nervous when I moved out here as I came out of the state, but I have no regrets with my choice with 25 Broadmoor, I'm sure you won't either!

I moved here two weeks ago and am pleased at what a quiet community and neighborhood this is. The apartments are renovated with nice GE appliances among other improvements. The property manager Mandy is very friendly and attentive and everyone else I have met here from the maintenance manager Eric to the mailman and Amazon driver has been pleasant and helpful. I expect that I will continue to enjoy my stay here.

These have newly renovated studios,1and 2 bedrooms and they have great prices. They are clean and have great staff and maintenance. Also near everything you would need from grocery stores to food places. They do move in specials. The property is quite and has beautiful mountain views from all directions. If you want to be in a place that is easy to get downtown, to the highways and maybe just have peaceful serenity you should check out 25 Broadmoor

My husband and I just moved to Colorado Springs from NC. Looking for a place to live was really daunting, especially without the ability to do an in person walk through of the area. I called 25 Broadmoor with a list of questions, and Torina was so kind and patient, answering them all. Any concerns I had were put at ease, and after looking at the website and doing a virtual walk through, I knew this was the place for us! Chanel made the move-in process so smooth, and continues to be so incredibly helpful and kind. Rick responds to any concerns quickly, and is so knowledgeable about the area. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the neighborhood has incredible views all the way around. I would absolutely recommend 25 Broadmoor!

Great place to live in a nice part of town, also about ten minutes from downtown. I have no complaints whatsoever about my stay (about a year). I’ve had seldom issues arise, but Chanel is so genuine and dedicated to working with you in a timely fashion. I’ve just renewed my lease for another year. My money is being well spent here.

Great place! Chanelle (sorry if I butchered the spelling) was so incredibly helpful in our moving process, especially since we were moving here from upstate NY without seeing the place. Our place was clean and tidy when we moved in. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and responsive! Very good value for the location as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place that isn't too fancy, but is a very fair price!

Beautiful Place. I love the patios on front and back of the 2 bedrooms! Pool is clean and beautiful. Whole place well maintained despite the hail from the day before. They cleaned up the mess very quickly. Manager picked up trash as we walked the property together instead of ignoring it or leaving it for someone else. Seemed like manager and other staff/ residents got along well. Manager and (? Assistant manager) were very friendly.

My husband and I just moved into our two bedroom, one bath apartment at the end of May. Honestly we did not have the smoothest move in as the electric in our building was having problems right as we were getting settled, but the office staff and emergency maintenance crew were all so helpful and kind throughout the process of getting things figured out. The whole complex is peaceful and beautiful and we absolutely love our apartment. The living/dining room and both bedrooms are very spacious and we love the vaulted ceiling in our living area and that each bedroom has two closets. The bathroom is smaller, but we love that there is a separate door to the toilet and shower area. The kitchen is the only part of the apartment that feels a little too cozy at times, but even that hasn’t been a huge issue. This is the perfect starting place for our growing family. :)

We absolutely love it here! Just moved in about a week ago and Sydney and Chanel were amazingly helpful with the entire move-in process. They got us in to see an apartment, and approved for said apartment all in one day! The area is very quiet but there are plenty of shops and restuarants near by and everyone in the complex has been very friendly! Update: 4 months later and we still give this place a 5 star! Our only complaints are very minor. The wiring in our apartment is a little outdated so if we are running multiple appliances at the same time, we can have issues with there being enough power for all of our devices. The upside is it definitely helps keep our electric bill in check! Also, parking can be a little problematic in the reserved lot and along Sommerlyn road, but there is plenty of parking in the back lot. Any maintenance issues we have had have been addressed quickly, and the maintenance guy Steve is awesome! He never seems annoyed or anything, even over having to come out in a blizzard to fix our shower. The staff is wonderful and are always very friendly and polite. To anyone considering living here, what are you waiting for? Absolutely recommend!

I lived here for three years. It was quiet and the neighboorhood is beautiful. The office staff is friendly. They are older community but put together well. Safeway is just down a couple blocks and that is convenient. I had the larger 2x2 and loved having a front and back patio. Kitchens are a bit cozy but the bedrooms and living rooms have fantastic space. Best appartment choice if you are wanting afforable but nice for the Broadmoor area.

Lived there for almost 4 years. Great area and very helpful office and maintenence staff. Newer ownership came with some issues early 2017 but staff under previous ownership were fantastic so it was hard to beat. Rent was a bit high for the square footage but the apartment layout and surrounding trees gave the atmosphere some scenery n privacy. Loved living there despite the usual apartment-type headaches.
