Domuso-Our Online Payment Portal or call the office and we can put in in for you. Speaking of Domuso, paying online has never been easier! Domuso offers several ways to pay so you don't have to worry about making it to the office to turn in rent.

What if my credit is not perfect?
There are several criteria that the screening company utilizes to approve your application. While we can never promise an outcome, credit is only one the factors that is reviewed for application approval.
Do I need Renter's insurance?
We require renter's liability insurance coverage of $100,000 to cover the structure of your apartment. 25 Broadmoor should be listed as the interested party. We have an option that we can offer from E-Premium which satisfies the coverage requirement for $14 a month. You also have the option to provide your own coverage. We require the declarations page of your private policy with your new address listed and an effective date of the the day you move in. Call for more details.
