25 Broadmoor Apartments respond very quickly to maintenance request and takes care of them the sales office and management are very professional and kind

I lived here for three years. It was quiet and the neighboorhood is beautiful. The office staff is friendly. They are older community but put together well. Safeway is just down a couple blocks and that is convenient. I had the larger 2x2 and loved having a front and back patio. Kitchens are a bit cozy but the bedrooms and living rooms have fantastic space. Best appartment choice if you are wanting afforable but nice for the Broadmoor area.

When inquiring about this AMAZING place we were greeted by such wonderful staff. Ashlee and Channel took the time to answer every question we had What's great is how quiet our new home is and how awesome the neighbors are They girls are even here on sat which is a big help cause not everyone gets a weekday off Thank you for making the moving in process such a smooth process Love Team JSB
